Testimonials

As a dressmaker I had always relied on patterns made by others and had to make so many alterations, after your workshop on custom fit pattern making, I now make  custom fit patterns for my clients and what a difference! The processing time for each style has been cut down by more than 50% and I now have only satisfied customers. Thank you

 May Buwembo Regina.

The custom fit pattern system removed all guess work from my sewing. My label is now synonymous with top quality craftsmanship. Regards.

Pattern making has never been such fun! The workshop on custom fit pattern making not only gave me applicable knowledge but gave me the confidence that comes with knowing one's business. I will not hesitate to attend any of your workshops any where in the US. Keep up the good work

About Us

Our organization has been in the dressmaking business for well over 30years, sewing custom made clothes for both females and males in this time across three continents. We still maintain a high profile in two of these.

In the course of 30 years we have taught thousands the art  of excellence in dressmaking, tailoring, pattern making and cutting. We have also been  mentors to a great number of young men and women who through internships have learned  fashion and design from us.

One of our mainline business is the teaching of custom pattern making. Custom made clothes in our day and age is synonymous with the term "haute Couture" of the late 19th and most of the 20th century. It is still being used today but its meaning is all inclusive.

Back then Haute Couture meant custom made clothes for which the owner paid a huge amount for and owned the style. Haute Couture back then was meant for aristocrats. No more. In this day and age of the internet we are all aristocrats!!

Everyone can own a "haute Couure", hence we have made it our business to teach the basics of pattern making without which you cannot sew a perfectly fitted garment or apparel which is the hallmark of "Haute Couture".

We operate out of Regina in Canada.

Thank you for taking the time to read about us.
